At Rocky Mountain Movement Center we integrate an individual’s physical, mental, and spiritual components using the multi-disciplinary practices of Tai Chi, Qi Gong, and Yoga to improve your natural body functions, and improve physical and mental health- particularly stress related illnesses. We focus on the breath, body movement and meditation to attain inner strength, deep focus and relaxed state. As a member of Rocky Mountain Movement Center you have the opportunity to explore the ancient arts of Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Yoga among other martial arts  including Ba Gua and Hsing-I. Our "Flow and Ageless Living" program focuses on reconnecting you to your path and curing the body by integrating the breath-work and movement of regular Tai Chi, Qi Gong and Yoga practice. Our program integrates whole body wellness by incorporating nutrition, internal exercise, and meditation – creating a better quality of life.

You will be introduced to the nine principles that will change your physical, mental, spiritual and emotional health using our stress therapy rooted in the practice of Tai Chi, Chi Gong, and Yoga.

Individualized Guidance & Instruction

Begin your journey with an individualized consultation with Master Clarke. Together you will identify your goals and create a personalized plan to begin your training. Each student is able to individualize their training experience with a variety of individual or group based services in accordance to a personalized plan. Participate in 1:1, virtual or group instruction as you travel your individual journey to better health and wellness.

We have an open schedule to accommodate  online and private sessions, allowing the flexibility to meet your individual needs. Request the day and time that works best, and we will create a schedule together.

"Flow And Ageless Living" Group Instruction

We have three group lessons per week:  Tuesday evening, Thursday evening, and Saturday morning classes are available for you to participate in to experience the philosophy of FLOW.
