About the Doctor
Dr. Christina Baird, DC.
Dr. Christina Baird, DC is a Colorado-based chiropractor and the owner of a female-owned, family-centered practice focused on helping people move better, feel better, and get back to doing what they love.
Dr. Baird earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Logan University in 2014 and has spent her career providing evidence-based, hands-on care for women, children, and active individuals. She has advanced training in prenatal and post-partum chiropractic care, pediatric chiropractic, and the Webster Technique, and is passionate about supporting families through every stage of life—from infancy through adulthood.
She is also fully certified in the Fascial Distortion Model (FDM), a specialized soft-tissue treatment approach that targets the body’s fascia—the connective tissue that surrounds muscles, joints, and nerves. FDM is especially effective for acute injuries, chronic pain, movement restrictions, and stubborn conditions that haven’t responded to traditional treatments. Dr. Baird commonly treats issues such as sprains and strains, tendonitis, plantar fasciitis, frozen shoulder, back and neck pain, headaches, and sports-related injuries.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Baird is a proud mom to her two daughters, Lily and Sofie. Family is at the heart of everything she does, and her approach to care reflects that—compassionate, attentive, and individualized. She also shares her home with her animals, including her dogs Ollie and Luna and her beloved kitty Nimbus, and enjoys baking, cooking, spending time outdoors and embracing the active Colorado lifestyle.
Dr. Baird believes the body is designed to heal and move well when given the right support—and she’s honored to partner with her patients on their journey toward better movement, health, and quality of life.
